Il faudrait que tu détailles davantage ton problème si tu veux que quelqu’un puisse t’aider :slight_smile:

Notamment une copie complète du log d’erreur aiderait + ta version actuelle de Nextcloud + comment et quand tu l’as installé etc.

Ci-dessous un copié/collé de quelques conseils pour poser un problème technique sur le forum :

Tout d’abord, essaie de faire une recherche sur le forum. Essaie avec le texte de l’erreur si il y en a une affichée.

Description de mon problème

Explique qu’est ce que tu veux faire, qu’est ce que tu as essayé, qu’est ce que tu as obtenu, qu’est ce que tu attendais qu’il se passe. Pose tes questions et tes hypothèses.
Copie les messages d’erreurs exactes.
Donne des exemples de tes configurations, c’est mieux de remplacer le nom de domaine par un autre.
Copie les logs si tu sais faire (dispo dans /var/log/)

NB: tu peux utiliser paste.yunohost.org pour communiquer des fichiers, tu peux également copier un diagnostique: Webadmin > Outils -> Diagnostique

riddick, ton log dit “Le script de nextcloud a rencontré une erreur. Son exécution a été annulée.”, juste avant ça, donc plus bas dans le log il est possible qu’il y ai la raison de cette erreur.
Là il n’y a que le message qui dit que ça a échoué et l’annulation de l’update.

Mais comme ça, je dirais que ton /tmp n’est pas assez grand…

Ce sera toujours difficile de t’aider sans avoir davantage d’information.
Tu peux essayer de :

  • Relancer la mise à jour de Nextcloud
  • Copier TOUT le message d’erreur (aussi appelé “log d’erreur”) qui s’affiche (celui de ta copie d’écran ci-dessous). Normalement avec ta souris en sélectionnant le texte et en tirant vers le bas tu verras que le log est beaucoup plus long que ce qui est visible sur ta copie d’écran : il faut TOUT prendre.
  • le coller ici : https://framabin.org/, cliquer sur le bouton “Envoyer”, puis poster le lien URL que tu obtiendras sur ce forum

Il semble que ton disque soit plein, on peut lire dans tes logs :

Dans l’interface d’administration de Yunohost tu as la possibilité de voir le pourcentage d’espace disque dispo, c’est dans “Etat du serveur” (ou peut être “Outils”) : tu peux aller vérifier et donner ton espace disque total en Go et la place restante ?

Si c’est bien ça, il te faut faire de la place : sur quoi est installé ton Yunohost ? (PC fixe à la maison ? serveur hébergé ? …)

J’ai un disque de 7TO j’ai juste utilisé 500go c’est pas normal.

/tmp de 361Mo, 357Mo utilisé, 4Mo libre.

Édite ton fstab pour retirer la ligne de montage de /tmp sur la partition dédiée.
Ça devrait te faire un /tmp sur ta partition principale.

merci quelle les la commande a tapé.

sudo nano /etc/fstab

Tu repères la ligne du montage de sur /tmp.
Tu ajoutes un # au début de la ligne pour la commenter.
Puis tu peux enregistrer avec Ctrl+o

Ensuite

sudo umount /tmp

Ça devrait te libérer le montage de /tmp sur la partition dédiée. Tu auras donc ton /tmp de retour sur la partition principale.
Tu peux également ajouter

sudo chmod 1777 /tmp

Pour fixer les permissions sur le dossier.
