Unable to access web admin, apps not running either

The web admin will not start. None of my apps will start either. I can ssh in.

Well, my guess would have been an issue with DNS and/or port exposure but you say there’s no problem with that so I’m out of ideas.

The ports are open, but DNS could be the issue. Not sure how to fix.

First, run

yunohost tools regen-conf --force

Then

yunohost dyndns update --force

And rerun the diagnosis and share the link

You are on to something. I cannot ping my public IP.

That seems to me to be a port exposure issue and not a DNS one: does dig shinevar.nohost.me return your public ipv4?
