Here are few note taking apps which you can opt for:
The best one depends on your device and workflow.
I use OneNote for handwriting notes, then use Obsidian to organize and reference my notes later; for quick notes I just use google keep.
I’m noticing some trouble for upgrading trilium from 0.59.x to 0.6X.x, there is already a (closed) thread about it that i could not react to:
Basically, there is a db migration as explained in link and it feels like it’s not applied with the upgrade, it prevents trilium from working with a 502 bad gateway and the error mentionned in the link.
Could the solution in link above be included in the upgrade if it’s done from 0.59.x or lower?
TriliumNext v0.96.0 is available on testing branch for early adopters.
I’ve run some limited testing and both fresh installs as well as upgrade from v0.63.7 seem to work just fine, but feedback welcome.
Please make full app backup prior to upgrading as pre-upgrade backup cannot be used.
I’ll let it bake on testing prior to releasing on an odd chance this does not work as intended.
This release addresses a security vulnerability that could make password-based attacks against your Trilium instance more feasible. We strongly recommend upgrading to this version as soon as possible, especially if your Trilium server is accessible over a network.
For more details about this security fix, please see our published security advisory which will be available 14 days after this release.
