Reverse DNS, you should see it with your ISP (note that not every ISP support it for non professional client). Regarding black listing you can make a demand here not to be on the list. However if you don’t have a fixed public ip, you will need to do it at every changes…

I checked two ISP in Germany (Telekom/ Vodafone) for both you Need a Professional/Business Contract to set Reverse DNS.
So i Changed my vodafone contract but did not find the time to setup so far.
