Issue upgrading nextcloud

I have an issue with upgrading the app. The log file can be seen here: Log File
The upgrade process just aborts. A side effect is that my yunohost instance is not reachable from the web anymore, but I would first like to upgrade Nextcloud before I try to deal with that.
Can you help me out here?

Update: Both php 7.0 and 7.3 are installed and active. Do I need to wait for the next stable update to come along?

I just wanted to ask if anybody has any idea concerning this problem.
Another issue that came up is that after the failed update, Nextcloud stopped working. When I open the app I get a 404 Not Found nginx error. How could I look into that?

Could you try to create an empty file: /etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/nextcloud.conf
After that retry to update nextcloud
