Is it ok to install docker compose on the same server than Yunohost?

Is it ok to install docker compose on the same server than Yunohost? Will is breaks something?

I saw some yunohosters having installed docker on the same machine. I have no idea how they did, but it seems it’s working fine. I’ve never used docker before, but I 'm interested in getting more from my server.
