Ip & Fail2ban and Modem Zugang zum Server Host

*Interesting, because I already had this under the old system before the update. It would be nice if I could understand it the same way, or let’s say something like that better. So interesting topic.

’ Especially since how many IP addresses can you actually use? Among other things, I can store the IP of my mobile phone if I use it as a modem. Since we have a massive housing problem in Germany and the house I live in has been bought by a new owner and he wants me out. And then I wouldn’t have any fixed fashions other than my cell phone. Now everything runs as home and via my Fritz!Box.
So how many are in the new system from the new major update and you have the ability to lash it down to security. Is it possible and in such a way that I am always let in and not blocked by Fail2Bang afterwards?

Insofern interessantes Thema.
