Integration of apps for academic research

Hello everyone, Salut à tous !
I am in the process of integrating apps for academic research. Feel free to add your ideas of apps to implement, and to help me implement/test those in development. At the moment, I am working on:

• Zotero: to synchronize bibliographies https://github.com/scith/zoterosync_ynh (synchronization is not working in private instance yet)
• CSL Editor: to edit citation styles https://github.com/scith/csleditor_ynh (not working yet, I don’t know why)
• TagSpaces: to write research notes https://github.com/scith/tagspaces_ynh (seems to be working!)
• RStudio: to do statistics with R https://github.com/scith/rstudio_ynh (not working yet because of login issues with PAM/LDAP)
• oTranscribe: to transcribe recordings https://github.com/scith/otranscribe_ynh (not working yet, I don’t know why )

Hello @scith,

Je reviens à la charge concernant l’empaquetage de RStudio en natif (sans passer par Docker). Nous en avions déjà parlé sur un autre fil.
As-tu réessayé ? Je souhaite éviter d’utiliser Docker que je trouve inadapté pour un programme comme RStudio que je souhaite pouvoir utiliser sans les barrières qu’imposent Docker.

Salut, j’y ai de nouveau réfléchi oui mais Rstudio web est très limité dans sa version gratuite.
Je vais retenter un package natif mais ce sera forcément mono-utilisateur et avec obligation de se loger à chaque fois dans l’App (comme le docker quoi)

LDAP et auto-login c’est que dans la version pro
