How can i upgrade yunohost 11.2.30 -> 11.3.02 if webadmin says "All system packages are up to date! "

My yunohost (ver = 11.2.30) on a virtualbox on my local server , i have all access rights. I tried to read almost all topic about this but i could not find how can i upgrade. 11.2.30 to 11.3 ?
I did on webadmin system update and it says “All system packages are up to date”.

please, stop opening new issues and use the one already open Yunohost 12.2.30 says "All system packages are up to date! "

The appropriate way to ask support question is to use the Support category as advertised many times around in this forum.

Migrating from 11 to 12 is indeed not a normal upgrade. it’s on the web interface under tools-migrate.
