Description of my issue
I have recently updated to Firefish 1.0.5-rc. Basically it works fine and without obvious errors.
Today I became aware of a possible bug in the Firefish matrix room. The antennas (news picker) no longer work correctly.
In fact, this is also the case on my server.
There was then a hint that the error could be caused by the redis-server.
The system requirement for Firefish 1.0.5-rc is redis-server version 7 or higher. However, YunoHost is based on Debian Bullseye and therefore only offers version 6.x.
Question: Would it be unproblematic to update redis-server and -tools to the current version 5:7.0.10-1~bpo11+1 via the Bullseye backports repository? Is there any experience in this regard?
