Can't install Isso because of dependencies

What app is this about, and its version: isso 0.13.0~ynh5
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.39
What type of hardware are you using: VPS bought online

Describe your issue

I’m trying to install isso. One of its dependencies is libpq-dev. I have it installed at version 16 already, because of other apps, but isso requires version 15:

libpq-dev : Depends: libpq5 (= 15.15-0+deb12u1) but 16.2-1.pgdg110+2 is to be installed

What’s weird is that those seem to be headers for postgresql but isso doesn’t use postgresql
