Broken app updates and missing tiles after YH12 migration

What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0.11
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: Migration to YH12.0.11

Describe your issue

I migrated to YH 12.0.11 just fine. The diagnosis does not show any problems and all apps are working fine.
But: in the portal there are only shown 7 out of 15 tiles for my apps suddenly.
And there are pending updates for 3 apps. When I try to update them the process fails with “Could not upgrade APP: An error occurred inside the app upgrade script”

Server restart has been done.

I checked those sources already:

for the tiles try on the webadmin and in section domain => main domain choose see all the apps in the portal. If an app is on another domain is on another portal, but you may want see all apps in the main portal…

For the app actual, I am not sure it’s possible upgrade this one…

I have my tiles back now with your help. I did not know about this change. Sorry for that.

After removing the app “actual” the other pending upgrades work just fine.
That’s strange but I am okay with this solution, since I was just testing “actual”.
