Yunohost shows no installed apps, but they are running without problems

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.2.23
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

After a “disk full” problem, I managed to free some space. Yunohost apps are apparently running again. Maybe one ore more files have been damaged.

Is there a single file that lists the installed apps than can be repaired?
Or is there a yunohost command to rescan the installed apps?

“Update system” on web UI rescans the list aof installed apps. Everything is ok.
