Yunohost install fails on VPS with Debian 11 - GPG key Error

What type of hardware are you using : VPS bought online

What YunoHost version are you running : Latest

How are you able to access your server : Other(?)

Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Describe your issue

Unable to install Yunohost. I get error indicating the no valid Open GPG data -public key not available.

This is on a new VPS running debian 11, supplied by Hetzner.
