Je voudrais aujourd’hui vous présenter un projet en cette fin d’année : Yunohost Cinema.
Non, ce n’est pas l’équipe de Yunohost qui a décidé d’ouvrir un cinema en plein Paris, ce n’est pas non plus un site de torrent 
C’est encore mieux que ça et beaucoup plus utile. L’objectif est de construire un site qui hébergera des tutoriels et des conférence sur Yunohost sur une instance Peertube. On y retrouvera aussi bien des tutos simplse de présentation que des cas pratiques d’utilisation.
Un projet…
Je veux donc aujourd’hui le développer avec l’ensemble de la communauté. Le but est d’organiser un support à partir de vidéos. Pour cela j’ai créé une instance Peertube qui héberge pour l’instant quelques conférence de Yunohost, mais qui accueillera bientôt de nombreuses vidéos :

Tout d’abord, l’objectif est de proposer des tutoriels et des vidéos en rapport avec l’auto-hébergement afin d’aider les utilisateurs de Yunohost dans tous les domaines et de façon peut-être un peu plus pédagogique.
J’ai déjà construit un premier plan des premières vidéos qu’il serait intéressant d’ajouter (ce n’est pour l’instant qu’un brouillon qui sera alimenté par vos idées) :
Côté utilisateur
- Présentation de Yunohost
- Présentation de l’interface utilisateur
- Présentation de l’interface administrateur (sans rentrer dans détails : chaque point fera l’objet d’une vidéo.
- Une vidéos par application officielle (ou plus) pour faire une courte présentation de chacune d’elles.
- Certificats LE : Pourquoi ? Installation et amélioration en matière de sécurité.
- Fonctionnement du DynDns
- Comment sécuriser son serveur mail + Ajouter des alias
Diverses questions et besoin qui me sont venus à l’idée
- Existence d’un service premium (gagner un peu d’argent ?)
- Est-ce qu’on fait du direct ? (comme pour les réunions bihebdomadaires)
- Doit-on choisir un nom pour le projet ?
- Quelle langue doit-on adopter ? Anglais ? Français ? Il nous faut peut-être des traducteurs, soit pour une sorte de doublage (refaire les tutoriels ne sera pas très difficile) et pour les conférences, le sous-titrage.
- Plateforme : Peertube a été choisi. Jitsi serait intéressant pour du direct.
Objectifs :
- Aider l’utilisateur dans sa démarche, l’aider sur les problèmes aussi bien simples que compliqués. Organiser un support complet reprenant les sujets du forum.
- Faire une vidéo pour chaque mise à jour de Yunohost afin de les rendre plus explicite (pour les grandes mises à jour).
- Faire un grande vidéo de présentation de Yunohost
- s’amuser avec tout ça et apprendre plein de trucs
Vous pouvez dès à présent m’envoyer des vidéos ou me conseiller. Les vidéos seront modérées… mais aucun qualité d’image n’est demandée à priori. Si vous avez envie de contribuer, les moyens d’aider (publication/promotion/mise en ligne/idée de sujet/Traduction/Sous-titrage) sont multiples et seront tous valoriser.
Vous pouvez commencer à regarder les vidéos qui sont déjà en ligne : 3 conférences de l’équipe de Yunohost. Si vous en connaissez d’autres que vous voudriez avoir sur cette instance, n’hésitez pas à commenter le sujet.
Voilà pour l’instant. On mettra les mises à jour du projet au fur et à mesure dans les commentaires.

Today I would like to present to you a project at the end of this year: Yunohost Cinema.

So today I want to develop it with the whole community. The goal is to organize a support from videos. For this reason I created a Peertube instance that currently hosts some Yunohost conferences, but will soon host many videos:

First of all, the objective is to offer tutorials and videos related to self-hosting to help Yunohost users in all areas and perhaps in a more educational way.
I have already built a first shot of the first videos that it would be interesting to add (it is only a draft for the moment that will be fed by your ideas):
User side
- Presentation of Yunohost
- Presentation of the user interface
- Presentation of the administrator interface (without going into details: each point will be the subject of a video.
- One video per official application (or more) to make a short presentation of each one.
- LE Certificates: Why? Installation and improvement of security.
- DynDns operation
- How to secure your mail server + Add aliases
Various questions and needs that came to mind
- Existence of a premium service (earn some money?)
- Are we doing live? (as for bi-weekly meetings)
- Should we choose a name for the project?
- What language should be adopted? English? French? We may need translators, either for a kind of dubbing (redoing the tutorials will not be very difficult) and for conferences, subtitling.
- Platform: Peertube has been chosen. Jitsi would be interesting for a live broadcast.
Objectives :
- Help the user in his approach, help him on both simple and complicated problems. Organize a complete support including the topics of the forum.
- Make a video for each update of Yunohost to make them more explicit (for large updates).
- Make a great video presentation of Yunohost
- have fun with all this and learn lots of stuff
You can now send me videos or give me suggestions. The videos will be moderated… but no image quality is required at least for instance. If you want to contribute, the means to help (publication/promotion/online/topic idea/Translation/Subtitling) are multiple and will all be valued.
You can start watching the videos that are already online: 3 conferences from the Yunohost team. If you know of any others you would like to have on this instance, feel free to comment on the subject.
