Yunohost-admin install after deleted the folder /user/share/yunohost/admin

Dear all,

Unfortunately I deleted the folder /user/share/yunohost/admin !!
Yunohost is still working but of course I have no access to Yunohost admin.

Could you tell me how can I re-install yunohost-admin in command line while keeping all Yunohost settings ?

Hm maybe something like apt-get install yunohost-admin --reinstall ?
