My YunoHost server

YunoHost version: 4.1.7.4 (stable).
I have access to my server : All the way.

Description of my issue

Hello there, I need your help I am in a situation that I do not understand at all.

So YunoHost is installed on a Raspberry Pi 4 behind a Freebox Revolution. The domain name is with Gandi and the DNS zone includes IPV4 and IPV6 given in the domain menu. I have a WiFi repeater at my home.

I access my YunoHost when I’m on my 4G in cell phone, same for friends. Or when I am connected to my repeater.

But when i’m at home with Wifi on my box, or in another house with Wifi, or at my office in my work with wifi, I cannot connect. When I ping domain.tld (it then offers me the public address in ( ), but I get no ping response.

When diagnosing, I just have the port exposure section which is red even though I can send and receive e-mails.

In short, I do not understand anything any more and I would need your help. Thanks in advance. :slight_smile:

Description du problèmeBonjour à vous, j’ai besoin de votre aide je suis dans une situation que je ne comprends pas du tout.

Alors YunoHost est installé sur un Raspberry Pi 4 derrière une Freebox Révolution. Le nom de domaine est chez Gandi et la zone DNS comprends l’IPV4 et l’IPV6 donné dans le menu domaine. J’ai un répéteur Wifi à mon domicile.

J’accède à mon YunoHost lorsque je suis sur mon téléphone portable en 4G, et des amis également. Ou lorsque je suis connecté sur mon répéteur.

En revanche, si je suis chez moi en Wifi sur ma box, ou dans une autre maison en Wifi sur le réseau ou sur le wifi de mon travail, impossible de me connecter. Alors que lorsque je fais un ping domaine.tld (il me propose ensuite l’adresse publique entre parenthèse, mais je n’ai aucune réponse de ping.

Lors du diagnostic, j’ai juste la rubrique exposition des ports qui est rouge alors que pourtant je peux envoyer et recevoir des e-mails.

Bref je n’y comprends plus rien et j’aurais besoin de votre aide. Merci par avance. :slight_smile:

  • At home on Wifi : KO.
  • On friend or family wifi : KO
  • On Wifi Office : KO
  • On laptop when connected on my smartphone hotspot : KO
  • At home on RĂ©pĂ©teur Wifi : OK
  • On 4G : OK (test with friends, family etc). Except with on personn

Plus d’information :

  • A la maison sur le Wifi : KO
  • Sur le wifi d’un autre domicile : KO
  • Wifi du Bureau : KO
  • Sur un ordinateur avec partage de connexion : KO
  • A la maison sur le rĂ©pĂ©teur Wifi : OK
  • En 4G (tester avec amis / famille) : OK sauf chez une personne.

Sur une idée de @genma, il n’y avait pas d’IPV4 full sur la Freebox, le problème as été reglée en 2 secondes après la mise à jours de la zone DNS.
