You can come root using just su which will prompt for root password
After this you should investigate what’s the state of your system using yunohost --version and apt full-upgrade --dry-run
The sudoers issue is probably related to the fact that the nsswitch configuration needs to be regenerated using yunohost tools regen-conf nsswitch --force
