Unable here to add domain name
Strange display on fresh install

Pour les dĂ©vellopeurs et ceux qui cherchent Ă  ajouter un domaine ou sous domaine, on peut le faire en accĂ©dant via le bouton “quick add” du menu principal

You can add a domain or sub domain via the “quick add” button on the main menu

or via the cli tools  i did it this afternoon without any trouble, LE cert too \o/

Thanks! I got the same issue after going all in with a migration just now.

I also encountered the 500 server error when upgrading from the webmin, but after rebooting from the webmin, it seems to be alright. Not much invested so I just deleted all the apps that were installed and started with FreshRSS. Seems to be working very well.

Is there up-to-date documentation for accessing the cli ? I haven’t been able to for a year !

Are you able to execute the yunohost command in a shell ? The tool is well documented by itself

Yes, accessing via ssh, but many tools exist, some won’t work

man yunohost is pretty extensive.

I need an advice in for the event that I lost contact to the webadmin during the installation process and I could not see the progress any more.
I simply let the machine, an Intel NUC, do what it supposed to do with the script, but do not have any indication, if the update went through. Should I simply reboot after some hours and the activity on the machine slowed down?

Thanks for the advice

You may try to log in with SSH on the server and run a command like sudo yunohost domain list to see if it yells about not being configured with the post-installation.

i recently noticed that YunoHost Admin doesn’t load for me.

I can add domains via the command line though.

not sure where logs are but this is some error I can see when i click F12 in firefox

@arkadi : sounds like it is still loading the old webadmin maybe
or your cookie is expired, or both
can you try force-flushing the browser cache (maybe Ctrl+Shift+R on Firefox) ?

Thank you very much for your quick response. It looks like simply waiting like suggested in the previous migration advice was the right thing to do and the server is no up and running and sudo yunohost domain list did list all my domains.
I did run into one major issue with my main admin user not having any sudo rights any more after the migration attempt. Luckily I was having a root user and could get my admin user back into the sudoer group.
I did run into some migration issues which I will list in my next post.

Thanks for helping

I did the migration on an Intel NUC and the system is basically up with error messages

  • Missing repository. Easy to fix and probably a legacy
  • Issues with the installation around php7.3 -fpm

see my error log

I cleared all browsing data, tried in Brave. It still hangs.

I deleted all the cookies for my URL in Firefox. It also hangs there.

I downloaded a new browser, Mullvad Browser. It also hangs there.

I also have this strange process in the webadmin page domains, also I can move the cursor on titles ??

or yunohost -h , yunohost <option> -h, yunohost <option1> <option2> -h, etc

more explanation here: SSH and command line | Yunohost Documentation

Well, it seems that Jupyterhub does not keep any log. I’m not sure what to say to describe my login issue: I tried to create new users, I cannot log with them. I reinstall Jupyter, created new users, does not help: every time the issue is the same: “Invalid username or password”.

YunoHost: 12.0.4 (testing)
Jupyterhub: 4.2.4~ynh1

I ll report the issue on the dedicated forum

Another small iteration was released, in particular to fix the “blank domain page” issue, as well as a bugfix for the user portal language setting and the “edit profile” button :+1:
