XMPP - How do I connect to support@conference.yunohost.org?

Using pidgin I have the following settings:

Protocol: XMPP
Username: folatt
Domain: support@conference.yunohost.org
Resource:
Password:

Local alias:

Connection security: Use encryption if available
Connect port: 5222
Connect server: support@conference.yunohost.org
File transfer proxies: support@conference.yunohost.org

Proxy: no proxy

And the following result:

folatt@support@conference.yunohost.org/ disabled
Invalid XMPP ID

Use your own account:

Protocol: XMPP
Username: folatt
Domain: yourdomain.tld
Resource:
Password: yourpassword

then add a chat room and set “support” for the room and “conference.yunohost.org” for the server
