WordPress, Application on primary domain and page not found

I have WordPress installed on dummy.com and configured www.dummy.com to point to the primary application, which is dummy.com. So far, everything seems fine, but if I type www.dummy.com/notfound404.php, it shows the YunoHost login page and not a 404 page. Is this normal and correct, or have I done something wrong? I’d like it to show dummy.com/wordpress404page when I search for a page that doesn’t exist on www.
