Description of my issue

I changed my server’s domain with a new one today and I get the 2 warnings. I would like to solve them or at least understand why those warnings appear.

WARNING - The configuration file '/etc/ldap/slapd.ldif' has been manually modified and will not be updated
WARNING - grep: /run/resolvconf/resolv.conf: No such file or directory
