User permissions don't reflect in user portal?!

Hi there,

I’ve encountered an issue: I’ve granted some app permissions to certain users, but their icons aren’t appearing in the user panel. There are no errors in the logs, and the functionality seems to be working fine. For instance, if someone navigates to the URL of the app to which they were given access, they can access it without any problems.

Only the icon doesn’t appear to show up…

This is maybe a dumb question, but in those apps, can you check the app’s admin configuration ?

There is a parameter “visible in user portal”.

But there may be something else, because the app I took as example is not in the user portal (that’s why I used it), but the parameter is set to display it…
