Upgrade PHP from 7.0?

Hello All,

My PHP version is 7.0. Nextcloud wants minimum 7.1 to run some of the apps (Password for instance.) But when I check my Updates in YunoHost, there is nothing to update. How do I upgrade PHP without breaking anything?
