- Connect to ssh (or install the https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/shellinabox_ynh app and connect it)
- sudo apt-get update
- sudo apt-get dist-upgrade (DO NOT ERASE THE METRONOME FILE)
- sudo apt-get autoclean
- sudo apt-get autoremove
- sudo yunohost app upgrade
- sudo reboot
tadaaa… system updated
