Update TinyTinyRSS fails with Bad Gateway error

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: testing 12.0.3
I have access to my server : Through SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

Upgrading TT-RSS ends with Bad Gateway error.
Cloudflare says host https://gitlab.tt-rss.org/ is not reachable.
I’ll try later again and give feedback if it works then.

unrelated, but this update also informs about migration from mariadb to postgresql and recomends «export OPML and reinstall».

wasn`t this migration done in previous upgrade? maybe this warning/advice is pending in the upgrade script. I remember I lost my users and access (see posts above).
