Unable to install Dumb Budget due to optional pin field not working

Describe your issue

I am trying to install Dumbbudget. In the install settings screen the final field is “Choose an optional PIN protection (4-10 digits)”

If the field is blank I get the error - this field is required

if I enter any other numerical value between 4 and 10 characters long I get the error: “Value must be a number equal or lesser than .”

This means I cannot install this app. Could this be looked into?

No logs as installation is not started

Contrary to what the install form suggests the field is NOT optional, not setting it renders the app unusable.

Edit: it also doesn’t seem to be possible to supply PIN via webadmin :upside_down_face:
