UMS et VLC unable to open / ne peux pas lire

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Old computer.
YunoHost version: 4.2.6.1 (stable).
I have access to my server : All the way.

Description of my issue

I have install few weeks ago ums. And it work perfectly, I use VLC on TV, Smartphone to see movie and listen music on my bluetooth. Since few days ago i have this error in my VLC every files, everys support. I try to kill and made a new install but same problem

Description du problème

J’ai installé il y a plusieurs semaines UMS. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement. J’utilise VLC depuis la TV ou mon Smartphone pour écouter de la musiques et voir des films. Mais depuis quelques jours dès que j’essais de lire un fichier j’ai le message d’erreur suivant :

J’ai essayer de désinstaller, réinstaller. Refaire mes liens symboliques etc, mais rien ne change au problème.
Avez-vous une idée de ce que je pourrais faire pour résoudre ce problème ?

Peux tu me dire ce que te donnes les commandes:
tail -n 200 /var/log/ums/ums.log et tail -n 200 /home/ums/.config/UMS/debug.log quand tu essayes de lire ces fichiers?

Les fichiers sont-ils stockés dans le répertoire multimedia? Parce que comme les droits sont donnés par l’acl, on ne voit pas forcément le problème en regardant les droits avec ls, il faut utiliser getfacl à la place.
Si tu as fait une mise à jour de nextcloud ou d’un autre logiciel qui utilise les répertoires multimedia, cela a peut-être cassé une autorisation?

PS : J’adore les tontons flingueurs aussi

tail -n 200 /home/ums/.config/UMS/debug.log et pour cette commande la je n’obtiens rien du tout. Ou alors je ne sais pas m’en servir j’ai fais un copier coller depuis root en ssh

C’est des liens symboliques ls /media/DD1 Films.
Il y a t’il un utilisateur spécifique pour UMS ? Si je l’ajoute à mon groupe nextcloud je pense que cela pourrais résoudre le problème si c’est un problème de droit.

Alors oui, UMS utilise l’utilisateur ums : tu peux essayer de l’ajouter au groupe nextcloud pour voir si ça va mieux.

Sinon, je ne vois aucun message d’erreur dans ton log, as tu essayé de lire un fichier juste avant de lancer la(es) commande(s)?
Aussi, peux tu passer la journalisation en mode debug?

sudo nano /home/ums/.config/UMS/UMS.conf

puis tu édites la ligne où il y a écrit log_level = INFO pour la modifier en log_level = DEBUG.
Ensuite, tu redémarres le service avec sudo systemctl restart ums.service, tu réessayes de lire un fichier et tu renvoies les outputs des 2 commandes précédentes.

Bon euh je suis bien embêté, il y avait une mise à jour qui est apparu il y a une petite heure, je l’ai fait et maintenant cela marche… Je ne sais pas trop du coup d’où cela vient.
Je sauvegarde le message pour tenter au prochain bug.

EDIT : Cela remarche avec VLC, mais par contre dans Volumio je ne le vois pas dans les Médias serveur, c’est pourtant le protocole DNLA ?

Oui, je viens de pousser la maj vers la 10.8.2: mais le script d’upgrade ne change pas les autorisations sur les fichiers, donc ça devait être autre chose
Bon, en tout cas tant mieux si ça marche : bon visionnage
