Tuning postgresql.conf (how to?)

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.2
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin |

Description of my issue

Just by interest to scale up the capability of our server and the different software and services we are running (including synapse and ecko among others), I found out that our postgresql.conf is set up quite conservative to values which are much lower than the ones recommended by PGTune.

pgHero shows the following values:

When we are on a VPS with 16 GB RAM and 8 cores, which might not be using to its full potential. Can I just take the values recommended by PGTune? Or there is something I am missing?
