Trouble Accessing FTP in PufferPanel

Wow, things seem a bit complicated here. I hope I’m doing everything right. By the way, I’m David, greetings from germany. First of all, thank you for the great free control panel.

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online - 8v cores (amd64) - 32gb ram - debian 11

YunoHost version: yunohost 11.2.28 (stable)

I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin

Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

**If your request is related to an app, specify its name and version: Pufferpanel - 2.6.9~ynh2

Description of my issue

My PufferPanel app is linked to a subdomain and is working fine so far. However, I’m unable to upload any data. The internal PufferPanel function for uploading data responds with an ‘unknown error code.’ Unfortunately, I can’t access the file location for PufferPanel via SFTP.

I wanted to set up a Minecraft server for my little brother since I still have enough resources available on my server.

Is there a way to access all data globally via FTP as root? With cPanel and other paid providers, this is possible. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to achieve it here yet.

If any additional information is needed, I’ll be happy to provide it. Thanks a lot for the help. Best regards, David.

edit:
I found the folder at the following link and have access to it, but unfortunately, it’s empty for me. Does anyone know where the servers are actually stored if not here, as mentioned in the PufferPanel instructions?
