The diagnosis says "Port 22 is not accessible from the outside via IPv6." even though I can reach the SSO from outside

What type of hardware are you using: Raspberry Pi 3, 4+
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0.8.2
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
SSH

Describe your issue

Hi,
I just installed Yunohost on my Raspberry Pi and all went well with the DNS config. However, I’m not able to configure the ports, it says “Port 22 is not accessible from the outside via IPv6.” (for all relevant ports) even though I can reach the domain I bought and the SSO of Yunohost at this domain from outside - I’m confused. I also configured the ports on my router (Vodafone), so all “looks” green there. I also enabled UPnP but still get error messages on the diagnosis tool of Yunohost. Can anybody help me?
Best,
Julian

Dunno what’s the relation between port 22 and the SSO … Port 22 is for SSH

Hi Aleks,

thank you very much for your reply. I know that Port 22 is for SSH - maybe I was a bit unspecific in my post, sorry for that!
What I wanted to say: According to the diagnosis tool of yunohost there are many errors regarding ports not being open (e.g. port 22). However, I can reach the domain on that server from outside the network (what should not be possible as I understand it). I don’t know what to change to get the ports open and the error messages in the diagnosis tool to disappear.
Is the problem clearer now? What else information are necessary?

Best and thank you for your help,
Julian

Ssh is not required to access the domain. It is required to ssh to your server

Hi,
thank you for your message but that doesn’t match my question.
I try it a bit more simple: According to the diagnosis tool of Yunohost, there are many errors about opening the ports but I the server is nevertheless reachable from outside the local network - (1) do I have to worry? (2) how do I solve the errors?
Thank you!

Hi Guys,
merry christmas to all of you!
May anyone help me with my question?
Best,
Julian
