Super weird thing happened?

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VM
YunoHost version: 4.1.7.1
I have access to my server : direct access via keyboard / screen

Description of my issue

Something weird happened after I run apt:
I just run APT to install packages, sudddenly the VM crash and reboot (without any log).
After the system restart, it shows a lot crash information but I didn’t see them clearly.
Now my OS is like this(running properly, the network said “No connection”):

But I can view web pages during this! And the WebUI can be visited.

You should not install a graphical environment on YunoHost !

It’s not really tested and we knows several issues on network settings…

YunoHost is made to be managed with webadmin adn cli only, not via desktop environment !

We probably add some documentation or warning or limitation on this point as we see several users since 2 month with a graphical environment !

Which setup have you followed in your vm to get this graphical environement ?

You have installed debian first and next yunohost ? Or have you used the yunohost dedicated iso image ?

Official instructions to setup YunoHost in a VirtualBox are here : Install YunoHost | Yunohost Documentation

First, I download the ISO image from yunohost.org
Second, I installed the system(use this ISO image)
Next, apt update; apt upgrade -y(no GUIs were installed at that moment, run as root)
Finally, run a snapd install script(write by myself, but included “update desktop environment”: If not installed any desktop, it will install one)
