Strange logging behaviour after jitsi failed install

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.2.27
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I am having a strange issue in the logs. I am not sure when it started, but apparently after a failed install of jitsi : all the actions are logged in one big log since then.
In the webadmin, the log has an interrogation mark (?)

and when I open it I get this :

I tried to install the dont-code app that failed and left a failing Mangodb service (service log here)
I am not used to this kind of logging in yunohost, may be it’s not an issue.
I am very thankful for your help

I have installed a new app and the installation log has been appended to this log.
There isn’t a new entry in the logs list in the webadmin

It’s becoming very long and hard to handle

If I delete all the logs of that date, will it break something? (I know it’s not common that deleting logs break apps but it may happen since there xml files that )

I guess deleting the logs should be fine but yeah that’s funky …
