SSO broken for several apps (Focalboard, TTRSS, n8n)

What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0.17
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
SSH
Direct access via physical keyboard/screen
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: I don’t think so.

Describe your issue

The SSO on my server recently stopped working for 2 apps, TTRSS and Focalboard.

When I log in to the portal and try to open either app, I land on their own login pages and cannot go further.

I also installed n8n for a try after reading [SOLVED] SSO redirect interfering with OAuth callback (for n8n) - Manual Nginx bypass implemented . When I try to open it, I land on “Set up owner account”. But I don’t know what is expected.

TTRSS and n8n are on my main domain; Focalboard is on a subdomain.

My other apps (e.g. NextCloud, Roundcube) work fine.

I tried it in several browsers on 2 computers, including Firefox, a fresh Chrome install, and an old version of Brave. Fun fact: in Brave for Android I am logged out of TTRSS but still logged into Focalboard. I am not fiddling with it as I’d like to keep that one access.

I don’t know when exactly the problem appeared because the apps worked as long as I was logged in. The issue appeared when I got disconnected in each browser for one reason or another.

In the browser inspector, I can see the yunohost.portal cookie being sent in the GET /ttrss/ request which returns 200 and the login page.

The YNH diagnosis page doesn’t show anything relevant.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi ! SSO is marked as unsupported so everything seems normal : focalboard - n8n - TTRSS.

About focalboard specifically, since the upstream development is dead i’m not sure the YNH integration is very active…

Hi @Aristid, thank you for your reply. I see the sso = false in the manifests but I am very surprised. I’ve used TTRSS for years and Focalboard for a couple of years and I don’t remember ever logging into them directly. My password manager, which I’ve also used for years, has no passwords for them.

Is there something I’m missing? Did I log into TTRSS and Focalboard at some point in the past when authentication was different, and stayed logged in until today? I’m confounded.

It’s true that ttrss a long tome ago supported the sso, but from what I understood this feature was removed as it was brought by a patch. But note that with this app generally you only need to login one time and you stay logged in.

@Josue A belated thank you for you reply. Maybe I installed TTRSS while SSO was still implemented, or maybe I just forgot about creating my account like for Focalboard.

For anyone interested, here is how I
