[SOLVED] Port 10000 is not reachable from outside

Hardware: VPS bought online ( Contabo )
YunoHost version: 4.3.6.3 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH and browser
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

diagnosis keep giving me the error in the title even though i’ve been following all the instructions from here and made sure the door is open in the firewall section.

any idea how to troubleshoot this?

do you installed jitsi_ynh ?

Port 10000 only opens when a meeting with 3 persons or more is started

So the warning/error can be Ignored?

Or directly ignored or check whit an ongoing jitsi meeting with 3 people or more, and if check is ok, it can be ignored.

well, the meeting worked, so i guess it’s okay.
