I have a separately rented server with a mail server that also manages the domain. Here, I have set the DNS entries so that Yunohost is accessible via this domain on another server. I then installed Hubzilla there.
If a Hubzilla account is now registered with an email address from the same domain on which Hubzilla is installed, email notifications do not leave the Yunohost server. The emails end up in Yunohost’s own mail server and can be accessed there via Roundcube, for example, if we have created a corresponding Yunohost account.
So: Hubzilla is installed on “my-domain.tld”. If an HZ account is now created with the email address “hi@my-domian.tld”, the emails are not sent via my usual mail server but remain on the Yunohost server. If I create a Yunohost account for “hi” there, I can access these emails via Roundcube…
Is it possible to change this behavior so that the emails are sent as usual from the external mail server operated by Yunohost?
