Snappy mail can't setup the app no admin_password.txt file

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 3 at home
YunoHost version: 11.2.5
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin |
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I installed SnappyMail and it went clean. Per the post install, I am supposed to access the admin screen, and then login with a password file generated at:
:/var/www/snappymail/app/data/data/_default_admin_password.txt

However, there is no password file in :/var/www/snappymail/app/data/data/default directory (checked in CLI with sudo su)

When i go on admin URL : /snappymail/app/?admin I have an empty page :

Any ideas what I need to do ?

I have no idea, but usually, the 1st thing to do is to avoid to remove the template and fill it instead.

My installation :

YunoHost 11.2.5 on Rpi3.

What do you mean ?

When you create a new topic, there is this template that you have to follow so people that want to help can actually help, and you removed it, so it is quite possible that your topic will be ignored :person_shrugging:

It starts with text UPPERCASE so you can not just ignore it, I have no idea about how to make it more obvious :frowning_face:

Many other topics should respect the template. Templates are not requested to bother the user who is asking for help, it is for people willing to spend time on your issue. it’s a kind of politeness.

But I’m sure you’re already convinced.

Just have a look at my comment on the last few days :upside_down_face:
Around half are to tell people that if they want people to help them, they should at least follow the local rules.

I know I can be a jerk, especially at the end of the week, and if I was to harsh with you, please forgive me.

But it is not because other people do it badly that you should too :frowning_face:
