Sharkey broken status

What type of hardware are you using: VPS bought online
What YunoHost version are you running: latest
What app is this about: Sharkey (app tag not available, sorry for “mislabeling” it MissKey)

I wanted to install Sharkey and noticed the app status is currently “broken.”

I kept getting an error message in the forum, because tagging my post “Sharkey” got an alert saying I must at least tag one app. That’s why I added MissKey. Sorry, I didn’t know what else to do, this is the 4th time I’m trying to post about it.

Long story short, I would love to install Sharkey but it’s currently broken on YunoHost and I wonder if you have any plans to patch it… or is support discontinued? (thus even the Sharkey tag doesn’t work)

Yes, I’m also curious about this. There can be hope, thogh: a much smaller app (Yellow CMS) was also marked as broken and has been fixed since, so hopefully there is still someone maintaning Sharkey. There is some activity on the Github repo GitHub - YunoHost-Apps/sharkey_ynh: 🌎 A Sharkish microblogging platform 🦈🚀 so maybe that would also be a good place to follow.

Eric and I have fixed Sharkey, it will published again in the next catalog update.

If you do not wish to wait for its publication: sudo yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/sharkey_ynh -f

Note that we have not tested the federation, feel free to report any issue while using the app.
