unless somebody is already on it or would integrate it to the existing Shaarli app, I would propose to package GitHub - shaarli/python-shaarli-client: Python3 CLI to interact with a Shaarli instance soon.
This allow to retrieve from the command line all or some links of a Shaarli instance, for instance to interface with ArchiveBox.
