Server running very slow, but HTOP shows little usage

What YunoHost version are you running: 12.0.12 (stable)
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: The install is very default

My performance has degraded a great deal, but when I check the usage there is nothing much going on. 1 GB of 8 GB RAM in use and load averages of 0.00, 0.01, 0.00

This happened right after an update. Examples of problems are that the diagnosis page won’t load, and clicking on the admin homepage can take up to 10 minutes to load. However, if I delete the “#/” from the URL after clicking the homepage so I have myhost.com/yunohost/admin/ it will load instantly.

Rebooting the server has little to no effect.

I went ahead and posted this topic so I could make a potential helpful reply.

I was able to fix this by running:

sudo yunohost tools repair
