I am requesting some advice for specific maintenance of an old Yunohost server (running since 2017).
2 weeks ago, I uninstall Scrutiny app but the stopped in the middle because it couldn’t call dpkg (I was using it at the same time through terminal, my bad). So there are some left over, Yunohost mentions Scrutiny services are not found (in diagnosis and in services page of webadmin).
How could I proceed to ensure scrutiny app is properly uninstalled?
I found that the charge of my server is higher than it uses to be. It shows a permanent 25% use of CPU, or an average system charge of 1,10 (monitorix data).
When I check with monitorix, I don’t see any service / app using such important CPU.
All processes are under 0.3% at some peak time (Fail2ban server is at 0.3% at max), nothing around 20%.
I only see strange information on Monitorix at “active processes” => “Sleeping” at 112, the rest being 0 or “Wait I/0” at 1 and “Running” at 1
My server is a small Trigkey G3 with N5100 CPU.
I see RAM is particularly mobilized by Synapse, but nothing wrong as I have enough for other apps to function. But Synapse is not using such big amount of CPU, neither Nextcloud that only use if I do collaborative editing for instance.
How / Where should I look?
