Sending email is broken on a new Yunohost installation

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Digital Ocean cloud server running Debian 11
YunoHost version: 11.2.3
I have access to my server : I have SSH access, SFTP, web admin panel access
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : I have not created any modifications to the server or Yunohost. Everything is as the install script configured it.
If yes, please explain:

Description of my issue

Any time a website tries to send email, it fails. Sometimes it will say on the page that the attempt to send email has failed. No email is sent. Usually this happens when I’m trying to create an account on a website or confirm an email address.

I’m not sure if there are any logs that I can share, but if anyone knows of any that would be useful, I can share them.

The domain is no longer listed by Spamhaus since it was recently registered.

I see in the settings that there is an option to add an SMTP relay. I’m going to create an email account and connect it and see if this fixes the issue.

I suppose, you have fixed all issue with your diagnostic ?

I tried to do it but it didn’t save the information.

I was able to save the email settings and now email just seems to fail silently without any type of notification.
