Hello, I’m Sky and I have a probleme with Seafile install.

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Freebox Delta, architech ARM
YunoHost version: 4.0.8
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

When I try to install Seafile in the catalog app, install fail.
I have no application in my configuration.
I don’t know where come the problem.

Description du problème

Lorsque j’essais d’installer Seafile depuis le catalogue d’application, l’installation échoue.
Il n’y a aucune application installée sur ma configuration.
J’ignore d’où provient le problème.

Seafile ne supporte plus l’architecture ARM, comme précisé ici :

No, ARM is supported !!!

Can you try a new time the install and if it still fail can you try to install with this command:

sudo yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/seafile_ynh/tree/fix_install_1

As far as I’m concerned, I did install Seafile on an Olimex Lime 2 one year ago, then after an update it didn’t work anymore, even by reinstalling it. So I checked the git Readme and found that. I can’t see any other explanation.

Well, maybe the documentation is not really exact. As the packager of the app I confirm that the last package version run on ARM. It’s true that the binary is not officially build by seafile and it’s a build made for raspi but It run on my ARM server without any issue. So if it don’t work please create an issue to fix the eventual issue.

I’ll fix the readme to be less confusing.
