Yes, I performed both actions before trying to reinstall rspamd. Unfortunately, I didn’t try reinstalling after just one action to determine which one worked or if all of them were necessary.
So I did the following:

Uninstall Rspamd UI

Uninstall Rspamd
-
Run
dkpg -- purge rspamd -
Run
-
yunohost tools regen-conf postfix yunohost service restart postfix -
Reinstalled Rspamd

chmod 755 /etc/rspamd
Bingo! It works now.
Weird that this directory wasn’t properly setup.
