Regex Mail-Aliases

Hi there,

I just installed Yunohost on a VPS to manage mails on my domain.

I would love to provide Mail-Adresses for me and my family in the form of

  • mailbox member1: all mails in the form of *member1@mydomain.orgshould go here
  • mailbox member2: all mails in the form of *member2@mydomain.orgshould go here
  • mailbox member3: all mails in the form of *member3@mydomain.orgshould go here
  • ...

Meaning that berfore the member1 can be an arbitrary string.

Unfortunately I’m not that experienced in mail hosting, therefore I do not know, how to achieve this. Can you help me?

Best regards!
Samuel

Update: I found this thread for wildcard aliases

Is this still the way to go?

This seems to be the way to go. I managed to achieve all my goals with this

the last line of the alias-regexp file should be the catch ALL, that all mails, that would not fit above get delivered to that mailbox.
