Redis-server and redis-tools keep showing as available for upgrade

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 4.3.2
I have access to my server : through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

After updating from 4.2.8.3 to 4.3.2 redis-server and redis-tools keep showing in the update section after clicking “Upgrade all packages”
