Rdns for ipv6 occasionally not working?

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.2.10.1
I have access to my server : all except physical
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

my provider set up rdns for my domain.tld. for ipv6 for me.
In general, this seems to be working just fine.
But occasionally (every few days or so) yunohosts diagnosis says:

 No reverse DNS is defined in IPv6. Some emails may fail to get delivered or be flagged as spam

Does anybody experience similar problems ?
(diagnosis for rdns for ipv4 seems to never fail for mydomain)

for example today at 19:05 the diagnosis reported rdns for ipv6 not working.
I checked right now (20 minutes later) and it’s working.

I’m still seeing this message,
everytime I check externally (e.g. with

nslooukup m.y.i.p.6.a.d.r.e.s.s.

it resolves just fine.

Maybe this could be a bug in diagnosis ?
Is there nobody else seeing this behaviour?
