Questions about Spamhaus ZEN

Description of my issue

Hello everyone!

I receive almost daily emails from the diagnostic with the following message:

[ERROR] Your IP or domain X.X.X.X is blacklisted on Spamhaus ZEN
  - The blacklist reason is: "Error: open resolver;"
  - After identifying why you are listed and fixing it, feel free to ask for your IP or domain to be removed on

I specify that ≠ X.X.X.X (my IP) and that X.X.X.X is not on the block list of Spamhaus ZEN.
Every day the IP specified at the end of the Spamhaus ZEN URL is different, here are some more examples:

After some research, it seems that the link to which the Spamhaus ZEN URL refers is not intended for me but for some senders who try to send me an email. Indeed, a sender whose email I never received told me that he received the following email:

So I understand that some emails sent to me get blocked by Samphaus ZEN and rejected before they even reach my inbox or spam folder.

So I have several questions:

  • how to know which email addresses are affected
  • how to set an exception for some e-mail / domains

And several remarks:

  • it would be great to have one day this report and the actions mentioned above directly in the webadmin
  • how to stop receiving emails from the diagnostic on this subject, my IP is not actually on the blocked list, it is those of some of my contacts (choosing ignore in the webadmin is not enough; I guess because the message changes URL every day)
