Description du problème

  • Mon domaine mondomaine.xyz me permet d’accéder à RainLoop => Fonctionnement ok

@ 3600 IN MX 10 mondomaine.xyz.
@ 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx -all"
_dmarc 3600 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none"
_dmarc 3600 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none"
mail._domainkey 3600 IN TXT "v=DKIM1; h=sha256; k=rsa; p=clé"
mail._domainkey.abc 3600 IN TXT "v=DKIM1; h=sha256; k=rsa; p=clé"
abc 3600 IN MX 10 abc.mondomaine.xyz.
abc 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx -all"

Which domain is the default domain in Yunohost? My server is at osba.nl, but the main domain is online.osba.nl. The diagnosis emails are sent to wbk@online.osba.nl

Did you install webmail (roundcube or rainloop for example) on your Yunohost? That may help to see where the mails are sent to.

In the (black) user panel it is not possible to add email aliasses for another domain, at https://abc.mondomaine.xyz/yunohost/sso/edit.html (or YunoHost Portal in my case) it is only possible to add aliasses for that domain (such as testmail@online.osba.nl).

In the (white) admin panel it is possible to add aliasses for another domain that is managed by the same Yunohost. At YunoHost Admin I can not only add …@online.osba.nl email addresses, but also testmail@gialinh.nl.

Now if I send an email to testmail@gialinh.nl, I can read it in the roundcube that is at online.osba.nl, after logging in with my own user (that has online.osba.nl as default email domain).

My user also has root and those email aliasses in the user account.

Which of your users has the root@mondomaine.xyz? For example, if it is m1k3@mondomaine.xyz, could you try adding root@abc.mondomaine.xyz via the admin panel and try to send an email to that email address?
