Problem with swap "Permission denied"

YunoHost 11.0.9.15
60 gb sd card
Raspberry Pi 3
SSH yes

I wanted to increase the swap file size with sudo nano /etc/dphys-swapfile because it was too just 100, I increased it 512.
sudo nano /etc/dphys-swapfile
CONF_SWAPFILE=100 =>> CONF_SWAPFILE=512

I can no longer restart dphys-swapfile
root@xxx:~# dphys-swapfile setup
/usr/sbin/dphys-swapfile: 1: /etc/dphys-swapfile: /etc/dphys-swapfile: Permission denied
root@xxx:~# sudo dphys-swapfile swapon
/usr/sbin/dphys-swapfile: 1: /etc/dphys-swapfile: /etc/dphys-swapfile: Permission denied

I started the system it’s the same and in addition I have swap disappeared
root@xxx:~# sudo free -h
total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 909Mi 582Mi 51Mi 19Mi 275Mi 247Mi

I have very little knowledge of linux and I don’t know what to do.
Do you have a solution to find my swap or to remove “Permission denied”

J’ai voulu augmenter la taille fichier d’échange swap avec sudo nano /etc/dphys-swapfile car il était trop juste 100, je l’ai augmenté 512 .

je n’arrive plus a redémarrer dphys-swapfile

Très simple pour un débutant et ç’a fonctionne
Je n’ai pas redémarré pour l’instant yunohost à avoir !

J’ai peut-être fait des erreurs d’écriture sur ce forum, pardonnez-moi, c’est la première fois que je l’utilise
